SAMPLE OF MENU
Day 1
Lunch: Selection of Italian cold Meats: prosciutto di parma, coppa, bresaola and salami. Roast beef platter with mushroom, celery and parmesan. Caprese salad: bocconcini of mozzarella with roma tomatoes and basil. Green salad. Cheese platter: brie, camembert, tasty cheese, olives stuffed with feta and sun-dried tomatoes. Fresh baguette.
Afternoon tea: Tea and coffee with fruit cake and biscuits.
Appetiser: Salmon tartlets with lemon, pepper and extra virgin olive oil or prawns served with a lemon chilli and mayonnaise dressing.
Dinner: Barramundi on the grill with fresh herbs sauce. Salad and/or ratatouille.
Dessert: Chocolate cake with whipped cream.
Day 2
Breakfast: Tea, coffee or espresso, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and honey, cereals, toast and croissant with jams or Nutella.
Lunch: Great pasta with tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants, mushrooms, cauliflowers, fish or whatever we find on board. Selection of salads: mushroom, tuna, bocconcini, sun-dried tomatoes, snow peas.
Afternoon tea: Tea and coffee with fruit cake, biscuits and Tim Tams.
Appetiser: Cheese platter, salami or home-made pate', home-made dips served with crackers.
Dinner: The famous chicken on the barbeque with our secret spices. (Lick your lips Colonel Sanders), Tagliata: selected beef grilled, sliced and served with fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil all in the Florentine style. Salad and a selection of vegetables grilled on the barbeque.
Dessert: Apricot or apple danish served with cream.
Day 3
Breakfast: Tea, coffee or espresso, fresh fruit salad, yogurt and honey, cereals, toast and croissant with jams or Nutella.
Lunch: Bruschetta and la pasta al pesto - absolutely the best home made pesto in the southern hemisphere.
Complimentary fresh fruits and bottled drinking water.
Please advise when booking if dietary needs are to be catered for eg vegetarian, gluten intolerant etc.
