Spank Me – Experience the best of the Whitsunday Islands and Outer Reef on board Spank Me, an 82’ Maxi. Built in 1989 by Alan Bond, Spank Me was originally named “Drumbeat” and won the 1990 Sydney to Hobart Race before relocating overseas to compete for the next decade as “Congere” and then “Spank Me BT”. She returned home to Australia in 2004 and now takes 26 guests on 3 day/3 night adventures exploring the World Heritage Listed Whitsunday Islands, visiting Whitehaven Beach and snorkeling or diving the Great Barrier Reef. Each passenger receives a free 20 minute dive and for those who want to get involved in the sailing, our experienced crew will need the help of enthusiastic passengers to get on the grinder and pull up the main sail, otherwise you can relax on the spacious deck and enjoy the view.

You'll have so much fun on "Spank Me" you may not even notice you're sailing around the World Heritage listed Whitsunday Islands. Enjoy snorkelling the fantastic coral reef or sunbaking on 'one of the best beaches in the world' Whitehaven Beach.

Includes:

1 free 20 minute dive (intro or Cert). Hot showers. Linen (except towels). All snorkelling and diving gear. Freshly prepared meals, please advise when booking if you have special dietary requirements.

What to bring:

Light clothing (warm clothing in cooler months) hat, lot's of sunscreen, insect repellant, beach towel, favorite music, cameras and spare film if not a digital camera. Please bring all belonging's in a small soft bag. Excess luggage can be stored in Airlie Beach. Alcohol is Bring Your Own

Extra Charges: Great Barrier Reef Marine Parks Levy. Anyone entering the Marine & National Parks area is responsible for Marine & National Park Levies & an administrative fee totalling $30. This will be collected upon check in and is broken down as follows: EMC: $4.50 per day QPWS: $1.35 per day ADMIN: $3.77 per day plus GST. There is a 2% surcharge for credit card purchases. BYO Alcohol, bottled water and softdrinks. (No glass). It is highly recommended all passengers hire lycra suits throughout stinger season (Oct-May).
