| Description |
Day 1 - Darwin to Kakadu
We visit Fogg Dam Nature Reserve where we view a variety of birdlife, snakes and other reptiles. From here, we travel onto the Mary River for a crocodile / wildlife cruise. After lunch, we visit Bowali Visitor Centre and spend the rest of the afternoon exploring Ubirr Rock where the Aboriginal rock art dates back an estimated 20,000 years. Overnight camp in Kakadu National Park. |
Day 2 - Kakadu to Darwin
Our first stop is the awesome Jim Jim Falls located deep within striking escarpment country, where we walk to the base of the falls, enjoying the tranquillity of this beautiful area. After lunch, we head to Twin Falls - Here we join a National Park operated boat and boardwalk experience up the stunning gorge to the waterfall where you can relax on the sandy bank before travelling back to Darwin.

| Meals
are The operator’s emphasis is on fresh food wherever possible and their meals are nutritious and varied. If you are vegetarian or gluten intolerant you can be catered for, but if you have very specific dietary needs you may need to provide your own food, so please discuss this at time of booking. For breakfast cereals, toast, tea and coffee are supplied. Lunch is usually a self-serve sandwich and salads; in the evening there is a cooked dinner. They always carry water in the vehicle and you will often have the chance to buy your own drinks, ice creams etc at stops. |
