Continuing on to Alice Springs, the largest commercial hub of Central Australia.  This evening enjoy the delights of a traditional bush barbecue under the stars of the southern skies.

Day 6 - Bungle Bungle Range / Kimberley Region
The journey begins to take on new dimensions as the aircraft takes you deep in to the rugged Kimberley, providing unsurpassed aerial views of the ancient Bungle Bungle National Park, before landing at Kununurra.  This afternoon experience the thrill of a speed boat ride on the spectacular Ord River, past the raw and unimaginable beauty of the Kimberley.

Day 7 - Buccaneer Archipelago / Broome
Today experience breathtaking scenery as the red untamed landscape of the Kimberley meets the rugged far northwest coastline.  Relatively inaccessible by road, you can view this awesome beauty from the comfort of our private aircraft from 500 feet above, with the chance to see whales frolicking in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.  This region is truly one of the last untouched frontiers.  This unforgettable flight concludes in Broome, the pearling port of the west. Meet one of the local characters that worked in the industry and listen as he regales tales from a time past.

Board the aircraft this morning for a visually spectacular flight over the 450 kilometre ancient landscapes of Karijini National Park.  Your private aircraft will provide unsurpassed views of this huge spectacular park punctuated by deep gorges dating back almost 2000 million years.  From astonishing landscapes to an enormous mining project, our aircraft lands at the township of Newman.  View Mt Whaleback Mine - the largest iron-ore open cut mine in the world.  The magnitude of this project is highlighted by the massive mining equipment used to sustain the mine.

Day 11 - Uluru
The private aircraft awaits to transport you across the country to the 'Red Centre'.  The magnitude of this vast country is highlighted by the unending red desert plains that occupy most of Australia.  These vast plains are only broken by the sight of the massive monolith Uluru, as it encroaches on the horizon.  On landing you will be taken to the 'Rock' to hear an interpretation of the Aboriginal myths and legends that have surrounded this area for thousands of years.
This evening enjoy the visual spectacle as the sunset creates an ever-changing array of colours on the rock.
Accommodation: Sails In the Desert

Day 12 - Broken Hill / Sydney
The remarkable journey comes to a close today, but first a visit to the treasured heritage township of Broken Hill.  The rugged barren landscapes present an unmistakable beauty and provide inspiration to a number of Australia's acclaimed artists, who have lovingly been dubbed the 'Brushmen of the Bush'.  This extraordinary journey concludes in Sydney in the early evening.
