Day 2 - Kalbarri NP to Monkey Mia
Head to Murchison River Gorge to visit Natures Window, The Loop and hike into the beautiful Z Bend Gorge. Meet the friendly wild dolphins at Monkey Mia. Overnight at Monkey Mia Resort.
Day 3 - Monkey Mia to Coral Bay
Option of a morning sail on a luxury catamaran. Heading out of Shark Bay we walk down to the unique Shell Beach and then visit the stromatolites Head to Coral Bay where we stay Overnight.
Day 4 - Coral Bay to Exmouth
Spend a relaxing morning snorkelling the famous Ningaloo Reef, accessible from Coral Bay's white sandy beach. Alternatively, you can choose one of the many optional activities including quad biking, snorkelling with manta rays, coral viewing cruises and scuba diving. Mid afternoon we take a short drive to Exmouth, where we say goodbye to passengers finishing their tour or jumping off to spend more time exploring the Ningaloo region and swimming with whalesharks (seasonal). Overnight Exmouth.
Day 5 - Exmouth to Karijini NP
Head to Karijini National Park. Call in at the mining town of Tom Price to pick up supplies. Hike into Joffre Falls, a natural amphitheatre, for a swim. Overnight camp in Karijini.
Day 6 - Karijini NP - Miracle Mile
View Junction Pool where 4 gorges meet. We then take on the challenge of the 'The Miracle Mile'. Call in at Karijini Cultural Centre. Overnight Karijini
Day 7 - Karijini NP - Indee Station
An early start for our final hike along the top of Dales Gorge, down to Circular Pool, on to Fortesque Falls to finishing with a refreshing swim at picturesque Fern Pool. Leaving Karijini behind, we head to Indee Station for overnight camp.
Day 8 - Eighty Mile Beach to Broome Cross the Great Sandy Desert.
Call in at Eighty Mile Beach visit Cable Beach and watch the sunset. (Overnight dorm accommodation in Broome for 4 nights)
Days 9, 10 & 11 - Broome
Three days at your leisure to relax and explore Broome and prepare for our next eight days of adventure! (No meals)
Day 12 - Broome to Windjana Gorge
We begin our adventure travelling from Broome to Derby to visit the famous Boab Prison Tree. Then we tackle the punishing Gibb River Road on our way to Tunnel Creek to wade through the icy underground stream, explore the fossilised reef wall and view the wildlife Windjana Gorge, before settling into our overnight campsite.
Day 13 - Gibb River Road & Gorges
Hike into the unique Bell Gorge for a relaxing and refreshing swim. Overnight bush camp.
Day 14 - Gibb River Road & Gorges
Time for swimming and walking as we explore some of the striking gorges - maybe Barnett, Manning, Adcock or Galvins, depending on the time of year. Overnight bush camp.
Day 15 -Gibb River Road to Parry Farm
We continue down the Gibb River Road, travelling through some ancient and spectacular gorges. We then cross the Pentecost River and head into the famous El Questro Station, walking into the beautiful Cockburn Ranges for a swim under the waterfall at Emma Gorge. We continue to Wyndham and call in at Five Rivers Lookout before heading to our overnight camp at Diggers Rest or Parry Farm.
Day 16 - Parry Farm to Bungle Bungles
We start the day visiting the bird watchers paradise of Marlgu Billabong. Then sit back and admire the awesome views of the Carr Boyd and Durack Ranges as we head to Turkey Creek. Next itÂ’s time to buckle up and hold on for the challenging 4WD trip into the Bungle Bungles (Purnululu) National Park before viewing an amazing sunset over the stunning Osmond Ranges. Overnight bush camp.
Day 17 - Bungle Bungles
We spend a full day exploring the unusual rock formations of the Bungle Bungles Ranges. We visit the unique Frog Hole, the breathtaking Echidna Chasm and the magnificent Cathedral Gorge, with an optional scenic helicopter flight (at own expense) over the Bungles before heading to our overnight bush camp.
Day 18 - Bungle Bungles to WA Border
After driving back through the impressive ranges we pause to explore Kununurra, the town of the Ord River Scheme and the scenic Hidden Valley National Park before heading to Lake Argyle and to our overnight bush camp.
Day 19 - WA Border to Darwin
Leaving Western Australia, we travel through the small historic town of Timber Creek, enjoying the picturesque Gregory National Park and the Victoria River escarpment. Enjoy a swim and lunch in Katherine before arriving in Darwin.
